What's Included
Flat panel lettering (with standoffs pre-attached)
Pre-fabricated plywood back panel (pre-cured and pre-drilled)
Fixing screws
Wall plugs (for masonry or brick walls)
Optional template sheet (for alignment)
Tools You’ll Need
Power drill
Appropriate drill bit (for wall material)
Screwdriver
Spirit level
Tape measure
Pencil or masking tape
Safety glasses
Step 1 – Choose the Location
Select a flat, clean, and dry wall surface.
Use a spirit level to ensure your back panel will sit straight.
Mark your preferred mounting height with a pencil or masking tape.
Step 2 – Mark Your Fixing Points
Hold the plywood back panel up against the wall in position.
Using the pre-drilled holes in the panel as a guide, mark the drill points on the wall.
Double-check alignment with a spirit level before drilling.
Step 3 – Drill the Wall
Remove the panel and drill holes at each marked point.
Insert the provided wall plugs (if fixing to masonry or brick).
For timber walls, plugs are not necessary—drill pilot holes instead.
Step 4 – Mount the Back Panel
Align the panel holes with your wall holes.
Fix the panel securely to the wall using the provided screws.
Check the panel is level and stable before proceeding.
Step 5 – Attach the Lettering
Align each letter’s standoff pins with the corresponding holes on the back panel.
Press the standoffs into place gently until fully seated.
If resistance is met, do not force — check hole alignment and clear any dust or debris.
Ensure each letter sits evenly and securely on its standoffs.
Step 6 – Final Checks
Step back and view your sign from a distance.
Confirm spacing, alignment, and overall presentation.
Tighten any loose fittings if necessary.
Care & Maintenance
To clean, use a soft cloth with mild soapy water.
Avoid strong solvents or abrasives.
Check fixings annually, especially for exterior signs.
